Once you've reviewed the website or contacted our office by phone or through email to answer your questions, follow these steps to apply for counseling at Twelve Stones.

  • Complete applications

    Every person coming as either the counselee or advocate must complete an application.

    Once all applications have been received, they will be reviewed by our team to determine any additional information needed and the counselor that is the best fit to work with you while on our campus.

  • Confirm Date

    We will contact you with tentative dates available for counseling.  Then an initial payment of $500 must be made to reserve a date on our calendar. When payment is made and dates confirmed, an email will be sent with all the logistical details for your time on our campus.

  • Make Final payment

    The remaining balance must be paid in full 4 weeks before arriving on our campus.
